Founder and CEO of Conscious Progression "A Path Way" I suppose I could describe my life and self as an eccentric gypsy. A life full of self-development, full of developing something through the process of creative projects. A life lived through the love of dancing, conscious progression, investigation of my own truth and investigating the alchemy of food, energy, and emotional/mental behaviour. Lived through the investigation of love and life its self. Through these loves I've been able to travel the world, and support many people from different cultures in their desire for wellness, love and conscious progression.Through these loves I've been able to understand and navigate my uniqueness, empathic sensitivity, my hypoactive and highly diverse personality into a space of acceptance kindness and love of self. It seems like my whole life, my whole world has become a playing field where I can apply my knowledge develop and share. It hasn’t been a bed of roses or without difficulty, yet it’s been full of everything I have needed to support my soul, my being to blossom. And I am truly grateful. |
The Author:
Writing
I try to focus more on the light than the darkness or shadow thoughts when I write. I like to write through conscious writing that supports the subconscious mind to attach to something that holds light This positive message will benefit the reader in a good way, encouraging a more light into the thoughts and life of the person that reads what I have written.
Passion.
I love to write. It’s not just a love, it’s also a need that fulfills something inside of me. My great grandfather was also a writer who had several books published. His books reside in the Canberra Library in Australia. I suppose some of my desire to write and skills are inherited.
Becoming a writer.
If you had told me I would be a writer when I was growing up, I would never have believed you. My inability to spell was not quite conducive to writing. Having a mild form of dyslexia didn't make it any easier. Embracing my uniqueness brought me a clearer understanding of my dyslexia and how it works. My ability to spell is considerably better, especially now there is spell check lol. I am also very grateful to my Mother, and two dear friends, Jan and Caroline who are always ready and happy to proof read what ever I write.
I’d have to say my love for writing kicked off in my early 40”s, more through necessity than desire. My inspiration came from my work and life itself. In my forties I developed an emotional healing process called Divine Conscious Healing, which I taught in classes for Conscious Healing. To share and spread this work I had to teach it, and to teach it people wanted manuals, so my writing career began. I also write poetry and will soon publish my first poetry book. When of course time and life permits.
The idea for this book
“It literally just popped into my head”
My dear friend Markus was driving me back from the Austrian mountains to Switzerland. I was sitting quietly watching the scenery go buy. Well, quiet on the outside, on the inside there was a whole other thing going on. I had this sentence repeating its self over and over again in my head.
“Round and round in my bed, round and round in my bed”
I felt if I wrote it down the words would stop spinning round in my head. I opened up my computer and began. Bang away went my fingers and next thing I knew I had this lovely little story written down in front of me. It literally just spilled out on to the computer.
My connection to the story.
“I am a circle in a square world”
I had a great big king size bed and would never know where or what direction I would wake up in my bed. I also had a bat named Price, and cats, Snow Ball, Mr. Meow, Princess Soleil Biscuit, Casey and let’s not forget the infamous amazing Mr. Money Bags. Three of these cats are featured in this book. Jess was my youngest sons dog.
Annabella
Annabella’s namesake is a young woman named Ana. She was one of the many young girls I saw struggle in their lives to fit in. They were trying to maintain their own truth and uniqueness while finding their place in the world they were growing up in. Today our beautiful children have more connection to consecutiveness even though they are aware of their differences.
“Circles in a square world”
When growing up I felt separated and isolated was the only way. Now I realize this was my choice. I thought separation was safer in a way more conducive to peace. Now this is not the case, now I am one with the collectiveness while embracing my uniqueness.

Illustrator Artist: Silvia Jelitto
I was born in Freiburg, Breisgau. From an early age I was interested in drawing and art and would always win first prize in the expos/competitions my art was entered into.
In the beginning even though I was constantly compelled to draw I had never taken formal steps to develop my talent. When I moved to Switzerland in 2005, I rediscovered my joy of painting and sold my first works to colleagues and friends. By 2007 I was more than ready to take my skill to another level, I began to participate in art classes.
As long as I can remember colours and pictures have played a role in my life. Although in the beginning I never paid special attention to painting it was always there. It simply belongs in my life sometimes more and sometimes less.
Like Stormie I am a circle in a square world and are blessed with many uniqueness. Through my life journey I am learning to love all my uniqueness and to fit in not as a square, as the circle I meant to be.
In joy, love and creativity Silvia

Motivation and passion
It is my environment which especially motivates me. In my free time I've undertaken many travels, further inspiring my artistic talents by the beauty of nature. My love and passion is to express my art through the the beauty and diversity of life and to share it with the viewer.
I also love to capture feelings, thoughts and experiences within a painting, birthed by my journeys and encounters with nature and people. The more varied the impressions are the more I learn and life becomes more colourful.

I am a member of the artist group Art-Savour, on whose website I also exhibit my paintings. I have also exhibitions in places such as Gallery Nordstrasse Zurich "Dreams, reality and in between" also "13 year in retrospect"

Illustrating "the very strange bed"
When Stormie asked me to illustrate her book I was excited, I knew it would provide me with some personal artistic challenges. The book had a beautiful flow with positive words and a positive message. This message I could connect to and understand. I felt not the same as every one else and struggled with this feeling most of my life. Illustrating this book gave me the opportunity to encourage the reader to be proud to live and show their personality and to know being different also means to be special. I believe when we embrace our differentness we make a unique contribution to the world.
